To review a scenario, we only need a completed 1003 or commercial mortgage application, a credit report with scores and tradelines, and an explanation of how your borrower plans to use the money. Most of our guidelines are not credit driven, but we do need to establish credit worthiness for rates and terms. Your borrower won’t have to pay any upfront lender fees, and we’ll handle all of the processing so you can focus on bringing in new business.
